Nina Maria Figueiredo

Nina Maria Figueiredo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Eficode since September 2019, Nina collaborates with various stakeholders to implement key people initiatives and leads diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for the Eficode Group. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, where Nina facilitated talent development activities and improved the acquisition function in Denmark, and HR Manager at Archii, responsible for building the HR function. Early career experience includes roles as a Growth Hacker Assistant at LEO Innovation Lab, HR Intern at wasoko.com, and project assistance at ILPI, alongside student assistant positions focused on psychological support. Nina holds a Master of Philosophy in Culture, Environment, and Sustainability from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
