Malgorzata Wesolowska

Malgorzata Wesolowska serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Management Board Member at Efigence since November 2023, overseeing financial management for both Efigence and Artegence. Prior to this role, Malgorzata was the Financial Director at Empik Group from April 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing financial processes and operational efficiencies. Malgorzata has extensive experience, having held various financial leadership positions, including CFO at Ground Frost and significant roles at KPMG Poland, Orange Polska, and PTK Centertel, focusing on financial controlling, reporting, and project advisory. Malgorzata is a member of ACCA and has completed advanced finance and controlling education at ESCP Business School.
