Hannemari Ukonaho has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the service and account management field. Hannemari is currently the Customer and Service Director/Service Management Team lead at Efima Oyj, where they have been working since 2017. Prior to that, they held positions such as Service Director and Service Manager at the same company. Hannemari also has experience as a Key Account Manager at OpusCapita Group Oy and as a Client Manager at Itella Information. Hannemari started their career as an Account Manager at AAC Global Oy in 2001 and later moved to OpusCapita Oy, where they held the role of Account Manager until 2012.
Hannemari Ukonaho attended the University of Oulu from 1993 to 2001, where they obtained a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration. Hannemari later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same university.
