Melissa Morrow

Melissa Morrow has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Contact Center and Human Resources at FirstBank since January 2015. Prior roles at FirstBank include Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Officer. Additionally, Melissa chairs the Young Professionals Council and serves as a Board Member for Freedom Service Dogs of America. Early career experiences include various positions at American Eagle Outfitters, where Melissa advanced from Sales Associate to Assistant Manager, and a Sales Associate role at Forever 21, complemented by an internship at Walt Disney World as part of the Disney College Program. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
