Ross Maestas

Ross Maestas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology and customer service, currently serving as a Technology Manager for Platform Applications and User Identity Management/IT Service Management at FirstBank since February 2013. Ross has also held several managerial and supervisory roles within FirstBank's contact center operations. Prior to FirstBank, Ross worked as a Dispatcher at O'Reilly Auto Parts and gained experience as a Host/Busser at Axios Estiatorio and as a Data Input Specialist with Southwest Energy Alliance. Ross's career began as a Sales Technician at Power Estate Sales. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with an emphasis on International Environmental Development from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by a Semester at Sea experience in 2010. Educational background includes attendance at Mullen High School from 2004 to 2007.
