Dr. Stephanie M. Spears, CPP.APMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Bid Operations at EF Johnson Technologies, Inc., where leadership spans company-wide bid operations and proposal development. With extensive experience in various roles, including Senior Director and Director of Bids and Proposals, Dr. Spears has a strong background in public safety radio proposals, opportunity qualification, and competitive pricing strategies. Previous positions include Director of Marketing and Proposals at Public Consulting Group and National Strategic Bid Manager at Motorola Solutions, managing competitive bids for government and enterprise clients. Dr. Spears holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University and several other degrees in business, writing, and psychology from institutions including DePaul University and Spelman College.
