Gaynor Baldwin

Gaynor Baldwin currently serves as the Director of People at the English Football League since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gaynor held the position of Director of HR at SSI Services (UK) Ltd from 2010 to July 2022 and previously worked as Director of HR for Water & Waste Water Services under South Staffordshire Plc between 2002 and 2010. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Merlin Solutions, specializing in HR and management development consultancy from 1998 to 2002, and ascending through various HR and management roles at Foster Menswear Ltd from 1986 to 1998. Gaynor's career began at James Beattie Plc as a Trainee Manager. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma from Birmingham City University, formerly Birmingham Polytechnic, obtained between 1993 and 1996, alongside earlier education at Queen Mary's High School and Burcot Grange High School.
