Kaiser Zaman started their work experience in 2008 as an Executive-Customer Service (Sea Freight) at EXPOLANKA BANGLADESH Limited, where they coordinated shipment procedures and communicated with local and overseas customers and agents. Kaiser then worked as a Senior Executive-Customer Service (Sea Freight) at SDV BANGLADESH PRIVATE LTD, where they managed key accounts and handled shipment procedures, communications, and tracking. In 2010, they joined UTi Worldwide as an Asst.Manager-Ocean Pricing, responsible for pricing and procurement of ocean freight. Later on, they joined Expo Freight Limited (Bangladesh) in 2013 and held various roles including Deputy Manager, Manager, and Head of Operation-Ocean Freight. In these roles, they were responsible for ocean freight pricing, negotiation, and procurement, as well as building relationships with stakeholders. Overall, Kaiser Zaman has a strong background in ocean freight operations, pricing, and customer service.

Kaiser Zaman began their education at South Sandwip High School from 1993 to 1994, where they obtained their S.S.C (Secondary School Certificate) in the Science Group. Kaiser then attended Govt. Hazi A.B. College from 1996 to 1997, earning their H.S.C (Higher Secondary Certificate) in the Commerce Group. Following this, Zaman pursued their undergraduate degree at the University of Chittagong from 1997 to 2000, graduating with a B.B.A. degree with Honors, Major in Marketing. Kaiser continued their studies at the same institution and obtained an M.B.A. degree with a Major in Marketing from 2000 to 2001.
