Phil Indi Kiaco- Balanza

Phil Indi Kiaco-Balanza is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Customer Service Team Lead at eFlexervices, Inc. since September 2019, Phil has developed strong leadership and management skills. Previous roles include Senior Customer Service Representative at Convergys from April 2015 to July 2019 and Customer Service Representative at Sitel from March 2009 to September 2014.
