Antonia Katsakiori has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Antonia began their career at OTEplus in 2011, where they worked as an Agent at the Technical Support Department. In 2012, they briefly worked as an Event Promoter at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, promoting annual fairs and providing reception services. From 2014 onwards, Antonia joined efood and steadily climbed the corporate ladder. Antonia started as a Customer Care Representative, managing customer calls and providing technical support. Antonia then moved on to become a Customer Care Team Manager, facilitating inter-departmental communication and scheduling staff shifts. Antonia later progressed to the role of Operations Manager, overseeing a team and developing program plans for evaluating team effectiveness. Most recently, they served as a CRM Manager, leading a team and crafting CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
Antonia Katsakiori completed their Master of Science degree in Marketing & Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution between 2009 and 2013. In addition, they obtained the Braze 2021 Marketer Certification from Braze in February 2021.
