Evangelia Kourtesa

Evangelia Kourtesa has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Evangelia is currently working as the Head of Risk & Governance at efood since September 2021. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager in Risk Advisory at Deloitte from October 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at OTE Group of Companies (HTO) where they held multiple roles such as Project Manager, Head of Agile Commercial Team, Customer Experience Ambassador, Digital Hero, Project Manager, Senior Internal Auditor, and Internal Auditor from 2004 to 2020. In 2019, they also worked at Deutsche Telekom in roles such as Corporate Entrepreneurship Vs Corona, Telekom Brand Ambassador, and Learning from Experts Ambassador. Evangelia also had a brief role in Audit Governance and Support Functions at Deutsche Telekom in 2011. Evangelia'scareer began in 2001 when they worked as a Customer Care Representative at OTE, and they had a similar role again in 2003.

Evangelia Kourtesa earned a BSc in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business from 2000 to 2005. Evangelia later pursued an MSc in Management and Economics in Telecommunication Networks from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, completing it in 2007. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
