Iulia Buzea

Iulia Buzea is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Trainer at Know!, specializing in soft skills training since July 2023. Additionally, Iulia has been involved with the European Federation of Psychology Students' Associations (EFPSA) since July 2020, undertaking roles as a Non-formal Education & Experiential Learning Trainer and Junior Researcher & Communication Representative, focusing on sports culture in Europe. Previous experience includes talent sourcing at AROBS Group, internships at Mental Training Center and Terra-Pi Psychotherapy Clinic, participation in a youth exchange program through "Gipsy Eye" Association, and an internship at Schaeffler. Iulia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Babeș-Bolyai University, complemented by pedagogical training and a background in humanities.
