Experience includes partnerships at zeb consulting, KPMG UK, and IBM across financial services, operational transformation, and consulting methodologies. Russell’s advisory role at Infrascale contributed to the company’s growth and strategy, while educational achievements include a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and a Post Graduate Certificate in Consulting and Leading in Organisations from The Tavistock and Portman Foundation Trust.
