Pejay Belland

Pejay Belland is an experienced lecturer at EFREI Paris since March 2022, specializing in Technology and Society, Corporate Trends, Intercultural Communication, and Business Communication for Degree and Masters students. As a consultant, trainer, and founder at Blue Daffodil, Pejay has worked on international marketing strategies and developed virtual reality business simulations. Previously, Pejay held various senior roles at INSEAD from 1998 to 2016, including Director of Marketing, Admissions & Financial Aid, where Pejay managed a global team and oversaw significant budgets. Pejay's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and a Master of Science (MSc) in Ebusiness from the University of Aberdeen.
