Josef Alpers

Josef Alpers is an experienced project manager and business consultant currently working at EFS Unternehmensberatung GmbH since January 2021. Previously, Josef held various roles at PHOENIX Group, including Expert Warehouse Excellence and Officer for Warehouse Excellence, where responsibilities included managing a lean management initiative and conducting workshops across over 100 warehouses in more than 20 countries. Josef also worked at ADTELLIGENCE GmbH as a Sales Operations Manager, focusing on revenue forecasts, contract administration, and supporting the sales team, alongside a sales and finance internship.
