Konstantin Shchepinov

Konstantin Shchepinov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Konstantin currently works at EFTEC Aviation Group as a Project Director for Business Development, where they started in August 2022. Konstantin also holds the role of Strategic Development Manager at both Aircraft and Engine Lease Corporation (AELC) Ltd. and Engine Support Baltic, both of which they joined in 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Konstantin worked at Sirius Aero, starting in January 2021. During their time there, they held various positions including Director of Strategic Development, Sales manager, and Strategic Development Manager. Konstantin'stenure at Sirius Aero ended in November 2021.

Before their involvement with Sirius Aero, Konstantin founded FlexJob in November 2018, a staffing solutions provider for the hospitality industry. Konstantin managed the company until December 2021.

Earlier in their career, Konstantin worked as a Financial Analyst at Ericsson from August 2016 to August 2017. Konstantin also completed a Financial Analyst Internship at OK Bank PAO (Private Bank) from June 2015 to September 2015.

Additionally, Konstantin has experience in trading as a self-employed MICEX Trader. From April 2014 to July 2015, they raised £5,000 through trading in the Forex market, which they used towards their tuition fees at the University of Surrey.

Konstantin Shchepinov began their education at Gymnasium No.3 in Orenburg, Russia in 2002. Konstantin completed their Unified State Examination, which is the Russian equivalent of A-Levels, in 2012. In the same year, they enrolled at Dean Close Foundation, where they pursued A-Levels until 2014. Finally, they furthered their education at the University of Surrey from 2012 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance.
