Nilofer Sohail

Nilofer Sohail is the current Assistant General Manager at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. Prior to their current position, Nilofer worked as a Product Manager-Life Insurance at Standard Chartered Bank from June 2009 to July 2013. During their time at Standard Chartered Bank, they were responsible for launching a Low ticket Islamic Product, implementing Group Process Manual, and looking after Regular & Single Investment Linked Plans. In addition, Nilofer also prepared Departmental Operating Instructions and Country Addendum. Nilofer also launched eOps-manual process elimination and Customer Campaign-first of its kind both in banking and insurance industry. Prior to their role as Product Manager-Life Insurance, Nilofer was a Teamleader at Standard Chartered Bank from February 2005 to December 2009 where they were responsible for managing a team of 11 subordinates and integrating systems (Merger of Union Bank with SCB). Nilofer also trained Phone Bankers during their time as Teamleader.
