Ilaria Mengoni has a diverse work experience in the field of biology and research. Ilaria began their career at McGill University as a Graduate Research Trainee, where they contributed to a project on microglia-neuron interactions in Alzheimer's-like amyloid pathology. Ilaria then pursued a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of Bologna, with a focus on cellular and molecular biology. After completing their PhD, Ilaria worked at the University of Georgia as a Research Professional and Lab Manager in the Department of Cellular Biology. Ilaria later joined Institut Jacques Monod/CNRS & University Paris Diderot as a Research Engineer, specializing in biology. Currently, Ilaria is serving as Lab Manager at EG 427.
