Kieran Carr

Kieran Carr has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at EG America since June 2020. In this role, Kieran is responsible for the strategic direction of the talent acquisition function for a leading convenience retailer with 20,000 employees across 1,600 locations in 31 states, successfully scaling the talent acquisition function to meet organizational growth. Previously, Kieran held significant roles at Cumberland Farms, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where full life-cycle staffing support and recruitment strategies were developed. Earlier career highlights include positions as National Accounts Project Manager at Govig & Associates, Account Manager at Technology Warranty Solutions, and Internet Sales Representative at Bernardi Pre-Owned. Kieran earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
