Dorte Haslev Sørensen

Dorte Haslev Sørensen has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Dorte Haslev started their career as an intern and student assistant in Human Resources at KMD in 1999. Dorte Haslev then worked as a Project Assistant at Aalborg University for a short period. In 2002, they joined Elbek & Vejrup A/S as the Manager of Marketing before transitioning to the role of Manager of Human Resources in 2007. At Elbek & Vejrup A/S, they were responsible for HR and internal communication. In 2012, they joined EG A/S as an HR Business Partner, supporting multiple managers and working on cross-organizational and HR corporate projects. Dorte Haslev then progressed to Senior HR Business Partner before becoming the Director of HR Business Partnering in the EG Industrials & Trade and Shared Service division. Throughout their career, Dorte has demonstrated their ability to drive the HR agenda, manage teams, and design and promote corporate HR initiatives.

Dorte Haslev Sørensen holds a Master's Degree in Communication from Aalborg University, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Støvring Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994, although specific degrees or fields of study during that time were not provided.
