Isabella Efthimiou possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director HR Business Partnering Commercial at HelloFresh since August 2023, Isabella previously held roles at Wayfair from March 2020 to August 2023, including Global Head of Talent Assessment Strategy and Talent Strategy Business Partner for Commercial EU & Asia. During time at Wayfair, Isabella collaborated with EU executives to enhance talent strategies and optimize organizational design.
