Karina Birk

Karina Birk currently serves as VP and Head of Customer Success at EG A/S, following a successful tenure at Verisure where responsibilities included Portfolio Marketing Director and Operations Director. At Verisure, Karina led teams of up to 100 FTEs, implemented AI solutions for cost reduction and improved customer satisfaction, and consistently worked on enhancing customer experience metrics. Prior experience includes roles at TDC and TELMORE A/S, where strategic initiatives resulted in significant churn reduction and the development of loyalty programs. Karina holds a Master's degree in Management, Accounting, and Control and a Bachelor's degree from Copenhagen Business School.
