Mr Tham Kok Sian joined EG Group in year 2008 as Production Supervisor and was appointed as Production Director in August 2020. He began his career in the manufacturing industry since 2004 and has gained extensive experience over the years from SMT process, plastic injection, wire harness and box build.
He is currently responsible for the overall production manufacturing process and planning control of the company in order to maximize the capacity. He is now taking the lead in the facility engineering for building maintenance and working environment as well.
He earned his Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Institute Perkim Goon and a Diploma in Network Engineer from The City and Guilds of London Institute.
