Christine Cadilhac

Christine Cadilhac is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Culture & People Manager for EG LABO since December 2018, Christine previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at ALES GROUPE, overseeing 120 employees in sales and marketing, and at Harmonie Mutuelle, responsible for 150 employees. Additional experience includes positions at Lazard, GH TEAM, Crystal Group International Logistics, Fnac, Eau de Paris, and Veolia, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment and employee relations to negotiating collective bargaining agreements and implementing HR policies.
