Mayada Sharabas has a diverse work experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). mayada is currently working as a Geographic Information Systems Consultant at egabi Solutions since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Course Instructor and content creator at Projacs Academy by Egis from April 2014 onwards. In this role, they taught courses like Planning and urban design, Advanced ARC GIS Project Management, ARC GISPRO, landscape design, LEED Project Coordination Workshop, and Smart city GIS in branches located in Dubai, Turkey, and Masqat. Additionally, Mayada also served as the former Executive Manager of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and GIS Freelancer Training manager at the National Organization for Urban Harmony under the Ministry of Culture from January 2020 to October 2022.

Mayada Sharabas has a strong educational background in the field of urban planning and design. mayada obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a specialization in Urban Planning and Design from Ain Shams University's Faculty of Engineering between 1993 and 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Architecture, majoring in Urban Design and Planning at Ain Shams University from 2016 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Mayada has obtained various qualifications to enhance their professional skills. mayada completed the esri ArcGIS Pro Essential Workflows course at Esri North Africa (Esri NA) in October 2022. In September 2022, they obtained certification in a Certified Introduction to GIS using ArcGIS course from the same institution. In September 2014, they participated in a LEED Project Coordination Workshop organized by the Engineer's Syndicate. Furthermore, they attended several workshops and courses related to leadership, collaboration, social media strategies, and project management, organized by IBM in August 2014. In May 2010, Mayada completed a GIS Professional Certified Course in GIS modeling and mapping software and technology offered by IESRINEEA. In January 2008, they obtained a certificate of 'C' Degree of Specialization in Geographical Information System (GIS) from the Urban Planning Expertise organization.

It should be noted that there is one instance where the obtained month and year information is missing for a certification and a LEED Project Coordination Workshop.
