Mohamed Kamal

Mohamed Kamal is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at egabiFSI since June 2020, Mohamed previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at QNB Alahli Life Insurance from February 2012 to May 2020, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, personnel and labor relations, and executing change management strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Head of HR Department at Delta Insurance, Senior HR Specialist roles at Orascom Construction Ltd and Delta Insurance Company (Egypt Kuwait Holding), and a Finance & Payroll Specialist at Egyptian Reinsurance Company. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in International Human Resources Management from the Management Institute of Canada, an Accredited Certificate in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Cairo University.
