Karol Sadaj

Karol Sadaj holds extensive experience in leadership and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board for AIP Seed and eGabinet, as well as a Guest Speaker for Agencja Mówców Powerspeech, Karol previously held significant positions including Country Head Poland at Aion Bank, Country Manager Poland at Revolut, and Head of Marketing Poland at Uber. Earlier roles include Industry Manager at Google, Brand Manager at Philip Morris, and multiple brand management positions at PepsiCo. Karol began a career in business sales at Polkomtel and holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Gdansk, complemented by executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
