Chris Krystalowich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris started their career as an Instructor in Programming at Camosun College from 2001 to 2005. Chris then worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at MYRA Systems from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Book King Software, where they were responsible for managing SaaS recreation management software solutions. In 2009, Chris became the Senior Director of Sales at ACD Systems, a leading provider of image management and technical illustration software. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as the Director of Sales and Client Services at Terapeak, a market leader in advanced transactional data processing. In 2012, Chris briefly served as the Vice President of Sales at Wifarer Inc., a company focused on improving visitor experiences through indoor positioning systems. Chris then joined Avangate in 2013 as the Vice President of Global Customer Success. Avangate is a digital commerce solution trusted by software and online services companies. In 2015, Chris became the Head of Cisco Ecosystem and Channels at eGain Corporation, a leading provider of cloud customer engagement hub software. Chris later moved on to become the Vice President, World Wide Customer Success at eGain Corporation. Most recently, they assumed the role of Vice President of Sales at eGain Corporation, overseeing the transformation of sales engagement and customer service operations. Chris also served as a Board Member at SMEI - Sales & Marketing Executives International, Inc. As for personal development, Chris took a medical leave for kidney transplant in 2019. Chris Krystalowich has a Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing from Camosun College. They also have two Associate's Degrees, one in Information Technology and the other in International Business, both obtained from Camosun College as well. In addition to their formal education, Chris has obtained several certifications including Certified Customer Success Manager from Gainsight in May 2015, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP-Wireless) from Cisco in June 2005, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) + Messaging from Microsoft in March 2005, and Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA) from Citrix in April 2004.
