Gaurav Singh started their work experience in 2019 as a Summer Trainee at AKL Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. Gaurav then joined eGain Corporation in 2022, initially as a Software Engineer Trainee, and later transitioning to the role of Software Engineer 1.
