Himanshu Gupta

Himanshu Gupta has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Himanshu started their career as a Software Engineer at eGain Communications in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Himanshu then joined Talentica Software as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they returned to eGain and took on the role of Project Lead until 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they served as a Senior Developer at eGain Corporation. Himanshu then progressed to the position of Engineering Manager from 2013 to 2015. Himanshu further advanced their career at eGain, becoming the Director of Engineering from 2015 to 2019. Himanshu was eventually promoted to Senior Director Of Engineering, a position they held from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Himanshu works as the VP of Engineering at eGain Corporation starting from January 2022.

Himanshu Gupta attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1996 to 2000. Himanshu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and completed their B Tech in this field of study.
