Jeffrey Huang

Jeffrey Huang has work experience as a Cloud Engineer at eGain Corporation since September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, automating, and troubleshooting virtual servers/instances, storage systems, firewalls, and Load Balancers in the company's hybrid cloud environment. Jeffrey also performs development and scripting to automate tasks and deployments, maintains customer-facing production systems, and provides on-call support for virtual infrastructure. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as an Engineering Intern at Crux Systems, a Flexport Company, from June 2019 to September 2019.

Jeffrey Huang obtained their high school diploma from Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo, California, from 2014 to 2017. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Santa Clara University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2021.
