Steve Grubish

Steve Grubish has a strong background in the electrical industry, with extensive experience in various roles at Parsons Electric LLC and Egan Company. Steve started their career at Parsons Electric LLC in 2000 as an Electrician and worked their way up to General Foreman. From 2013 to 2015, Steve served as a Project Superintendent, responsible for overseeing large electrical projects across different regions in the United States. Steve then joined Egan Company in 2015 as a Field Operations Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Support Operations in August 2017.

Steve Grubish completed an Associate's Degree in Construction Trades from South Central College from 1994 to 1996. Steve also pursued additional certifications, including Acting Decisively from LinkedIn in 2019 and OSHA 30 Hour Construction from ClickSafety in 2013. Furthermore, they obtained the State of MN Master Electrician certification in February 2000 and the State of MN Journeyman Electrician certification in July 1999. In 2016, Steve attended NECA and TEAM to study Medical Marijuana in the Workplace and Addressing Substance Abuse In The Workforce, respectively.
