James Bortoluzzi has held various roles in different companies. James started their career in 2012 as a Special Project Coordinator at the University of Waterloo until September 2013. From March 2014 to September 2015, they worked at the same university as Process Management. In November 2016, they joined Egan Visual as a Customer Service Specialist, and later became the Customer Service Manager from February 2018 to December 2021. James currently holds the position of Director of Customer Experience and New Business Development at Egan Visual, starting in January 2022.
James Bortoluzzi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo between 2007 and 2012.
