Gilda Pastoriza

Gilda Pastoriza is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at EGE Haina since July 2010, Gilda oversees the provision of HR services, policies, and programs for the company and is an integral part of the executive management team, advising on Human Resources, Ethics, Inclusion, and Diversity issues. Prior to this role, Gilda worked at Cervecería Nacional Dominicana from March 1986 to July 2010 as Compensation Manager, focusing on employee attraction and retention through competitive Pay & Benefit programs. Gilda holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Corporate Communication from Aden Business School, an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, a Master in Human Resources from Barna Management School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad APEC.
