Yani Julian

Yani J. is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and technology support. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Egen since January 2020, Yani previously held roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including Technology Services Help Desk Consultant, where a notable achievement involved developing a chrome extension that streamlined ticket management. Yani also contributed as a CS125 Course Assistant, mentoring students in object-oriented programming and Android development. Earlier experience includes serving as Building Computer Technician Level 1 at Maine Township High School District 207, leading a team to enhance the Chromebook loaner program. Yani's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate’s Degree in Engineering from Oakton College.
