Gabriel Quiroz

Gabriel Quiroz has a long and varied work experience. Gabriel started their career in 2016 as a Software Engineer at Thalamus Corporation, where they were involved in backend and frontend implementation of features for their web application. In 2017, they became a Founding Engineer - Infrastructure at Sumaprop, where they planned and executed infrastructure & architecture roadmaps aligned with the company's vision using OKRs. In 2019, they moved on to ASAPP as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, managing the company infrastructure (90% AWS, 10% on-prem) using Terraform and their Kubernetes platform (30+ clusters with 300 nodes avg) with a mix of CircleCI + GitlabCI. In 2021, they joined Kong Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, SRE, where they worked on Kong makes connecting APIs and microservices across today's hybrid, multi-cloud environments easier and faster than ever. Finally, in 2023, they joined Fingerprint as a Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure.

Gabriel Quiroz obtained their degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas from the Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero between 2009 and 2017, with a focus in Ingeniería de Software.
