Rafi Rashid

Rafi Rashid has extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as Manager of Operation & Sales at eGeneration, the first publicly listed software company in Bangladesh. Rafi has held significant positions within eGeneration, including Assistant Manager for Sales, Strategy & Operations. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at foodpanda, where Rafi contributed to the growth of a new business unit, and as a Business Development Executive and Sales Executive at Bay Developments Ltd., focusing on sales techniques and customer analysis. Rafi began the career as a Sales Specialist at The Westin Dhaka - Marriott International Inc., enhancing skills in business communication and sales strategies. Additionally, Rafi served as a Relationship Manager at Global Immigration Consultants Ltd., gaining knowledge in permanent residency processes. Rafi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from North South University.
