Elissa Zaks

Elissa Zaks is an experienced communications professional with a background in public relations and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Public Relations Officer at Egg Farmers of Canada since November 2020, Elissa engages with the nuanced aspects of Canadian egg farming and its broader implications on the food system. Prior to this role, Elissa worked as a Communications Specialist at Payments Canada, contributing to the modernization of the country's payment processing infrastructure.
