Brian Klepke

Brian Klepke has a diverse range of work experience in the food industry. Brian most recently worked at Egg Innovations as the Chief Operating Officer, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at the same company from April 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining Egg Innovations, Brian worked at Greencore as the General Manager from February 2018 to April 2019. Brian also served as the Vice President of Operations at FLORIDA BEEF INC from June 2016 to June 2017.
