Stefan Cosser is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food innovation and consultancy. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Egg Soldiers since August 2018, Stefan focuses on enhancing food offerings for businesses to increase sales and profitability. Prior to this, Stefan served as Director at Food Innovation Solutions from June 2013 to August 2018, where responsibilities included developing the NPD consultancy and overseeing a growing team. Previous roles include Food Consultant at Culinary Direction Ltd and Senior Development Chef at The Fat Duck Group, where Stefan contributed to creative culinary endeavors. With a foundational education in Culinary Arts from the Culinary and Hospitality School of Iceland, Stefan has built a diverse career across various esteemed culinary environments.
