Idit Sela

Idit Sela has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Idit is currently the VP of HR at Egged Israel Transport Cooperative Society Ltd, where they manage the HR unit for a company with over 7000 employees. Idit is also part of the management team leading the transition from a cooperative to a business driven company. Prior to this, they held the role of VP HR at Shikun&Binui Solel Boneh Infrastructure Ltd. from 2009 to 2014, and at Netwise from 1997 to 2009. Idit also worked as an HR Manager at Nia from 1999 to 2006.

Idit Sela obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies from 1995 to 1997. Idit then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same institution, which they completed from 2014 to 2015.
