Jihan Miller

Jihan (Cepeda) Miller, PhD, is the Vice President of Research and Development at Egglife Foods, Inc., with a focus on utilizing eggs to create healthier food alternatives since September 2019. Previously, Jihan held roles at Rembrandt Foods from January 2015 to September 2019, including Senior R&D Scientist and Director of Research and Development, where notable achievements included the development of egg-derived ingredients and collaboration on process optimization for commercialization. Jihan's academic background includes a PhD in Food Science and Technology and an MSc in Biological Systems Engineering, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, alongside two Bachelor's degrees in Informatics Engineering and Agro-industrial Production Engineering from Universidad de La Sabana.
