Magnus Karlén

Magnus Karlén is an experienced professional in digital design and UX, currently serving as the Creative Lead Digital Design at EGGS, part of Sopra Steria, since November 2023. Prior roles include Team Lead UX and UX Manager Consultant at Sopra Steria from January 2023 to November 2023 and Head of Digital Design at Aboveit from September 2021 to December 2022. Magnus has also held various positions at Sopra Steria, including Manager Consultant Design & UX and Senior Consultant Design & UX from January 2019 to September 2021. Previous experience encompasses design roles at Norli AS, Karlén Koncept, and graphic design at SALT Studio. Additionally, Magnus has a solid teaching background in Media and Communication across multiple secondary schools. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Pacific Lutheran University, a Praktisk-Pedagogisk utdanning from Volda University College, and further studies at Westerdals Oslo ACT.
