Yaser Abuzarifa

Yaser Abuzarifa has had a varied career in engineering and related fields. In 2022, they began working as a Field Application Engineer at Eggtronic. From 2017-2022, they were an Electrical Engineer at AL AWDA FACTORIES CO., where they were responsible for carrying out machines maintenance, electricity grid installation and maintenance, and writing code for different types of PLC. In 2017, they also worked as an Electrical Engineer and Consultant for Renewed For Sustainable Development, where they provided solar power solutions, training and advising, and wrote reports. From 2015-2017, they worked as an Engineer Intern at AL AWDA FACTORIES CO., where they were responsible for machines maintenance, electricity grid installation and maintenance, writing code for different types of PLC, LAN and WLAN networks, and security cameras networks installation. In 2015, they also worked as an Assistant Engineer at the Palestinian Federation of Industries, where they wrote advanced reports and data entry for over 200 grant applications and wrote and prepared project proposals. Additionally, in 2015 they worked as an Exhibition Coordinator at the Islamic University of Gaza.

Yaser Abuzarifa obtained a Certificate of General Secondary Education Examination from Al-Motanaby Seconday School in 2009-2010. Yaser then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from iugaza from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they also obtained certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from the Association of Engineers - Gaza in June 2015, Leadership Skills Strategy from the Ministry of Youth and Sports in April 2015, and Programmable Interface Controller (PIC) from the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineering in September 2013. In 2018-2020, Yaser Abuzarifa completed a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from Università di Pavia.
