Efrat Netzer-Weiss

Efrat Netzer-Weiss has a strong background in human resources management, psychology, coaching, and counseling. Efrat has several years of experience in various HR roles, including as a Human Resources Manager at eggXYt and a Human Resources Specialist at Anchiano Therapeutics. Efrat has also held leadership positions at Avrot Industries Ltd and Aspect Imaging as the Head of Human Resources. Efrat Netzer-Weiss obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Literature from Bar-Ilan University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1994. Efrat then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Vocational Psychology at Tel Aviv University, which they earned from 1995 to 1997. Efrat expanded their knowledge further by undertaking Post-MA Studies in Organization Behavior at the Tel Aviv University Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, from 2003 to 2004. Later on, they pursued Family and Couples Therapy Training at the Shiluvim School for Family and Couples Therapy, studying there from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Efrat received certification as a Life Coach from Coach Me, completing their training in 2007.
