Verity MacDonald

Verity Macdonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in startup acceleration, technology transfer, and business innovation. Currently serving as Partner and Programme Director at EGI GROUP since December 2020, Macdonald is involved in investing in and accelerating B2B SaaS startups. Previously, Macdonald held the position of Operations Director and Program Manager at Conector Startup Accelerator, and was a Venture Associate at Imperial College London's Technology Transfer Office. Other notable roles include Co-Founder of Troffle Chocolates, Innovation and Merchandising Manager at Bloom & Wild, and Technical Manager at Yieldify, contributing to pre-Series A investments. Macdonald holds a BA (Hons) in Spanish with Linguistics from King's College London and furthered education in front-end web development and business Spanish.
