Mark Franks serves as the Chairman of the Okaloosa Republican Party and the President of the Okaloosa County Republican Club, Inc. since January 2016. In addition to their political roles, Mark Franks has been the Mortgage Underwriting Manager at Eglin Federal Credit Union since April 2000. Mark Franks holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University.
