Arash Dyal has extensive experience in customer support and systems engineering, currently serving as Director of Customer Support at Egnyte since July 2012, following roles as Level 2 Support Engineering Manager and Senior Support Engineer/QA. Prior experience includes working as Sr Systems Engineer at Stanford University Medical Center, Sr Systems Analyst at Accenture and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Mobile Device Engineer at Dell. Arash also contributed as a Data Migration Engineer at Equinix. Arash holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications and Computer Science from Lyallpur Khalsa College, completed in 2007.
