Prior roles at Egnyte include Sr. Director of Technical Services and Sr. Director of Support. Before Egnyte, Don held the position of Data Center Operations / Technical Support Manager at Soffront Software, Inc. from August 2006 to August 2009 and served as Technical Support Manager at ArcSoft from August 2001 to June 2006.
