Jashan Doad

Jashan Doad has extensive experience in technical support and quality assurance, currently serving as the Manager of the US Technical Support Team at Egnyte since November 2015, following a role as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, Jashan worked at BandPage, acquired by Google, from May 2012 to November 2015, where responsibilities included leading a QA team, managing release processes, ensuring quality and timely production deployments, and setting up test environments, as well as serving as a Sr. QA Engineer responsible for establishing and maintaining a QA automation framework and overseeing full stack release management.
